No code received to log in? Here's what to check

If you're using an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar), the login code is not sent by the system -  it’s generated directly within the app on your phone. You’ll need to open the app to see the current code, which refreshes every 30 seconds.


If you chose SMS, the code should be sent to the mobile number you provided during registration. Please ensure that number is correct and that your phone has a signal.
