Created by Angy Batt, Modified on Wed, 4 Nov at 9:59 AM by Angy Batt

Your PATHway certificate becomes available once you've completed your training and all required verification steps.

Quick-Start Checklist

Before issuing your certificate, make sure:

  • Your PATHway registration is complete.

  • Your identity and DBS documents have been approved.

  • You've completed all five required courses.

  • You've read and accepted the Code of Conduct.

1. Accept the Code of Conduct

Once your documents are verified and your training is complete:

  1. Open your PATHway Dashboard.

  2. Select Read and Accept Code of Conduct.

  3. Read through the document.

  4. Tick the box to confirm your acceptance.

This step must be completed before your certificate can be issued.

2. Issue Your Certificate

Once all requirements are complete:

  1. Open your PATHway Dashboard.

  2. Click Issue Certificate.

  3. Open My Certificates to view your certificate.

Your certificate will remain available through your PATHway account.

Important: Once your certificate has been issued, you cannot edit the personal details linked to your registration yourself. Contact PATHway Support if changes are needed.
