PATHway: Can I Start Training Before My Documents Are Verified?

Yes! You can start your PATHway training while your documents are being reviewed.

You don't need to wait for verification to complete your courses.

Quick-Start Checklist

• Upload your required documents.

• Open your PATHway dashboard.

• Start your training courses.

• Check your email for verification updates.

1. Start Your Training

1. Log in to Better Compliance.

2. Open My PATHway and select View Dashboard.

3. Find the Courses section.

4. Click Start next to your chosen course.

5. Complete the lessons and questions.

You can continue your training while your documents are being checked.

2. Check Your Verification Status

You'll receive an email when your documents have been approved or rejected.

If a document is rejected, you'll need to correct it and upload a new copy.

Important: You can complete training before verification, but your documents must be approved before your PATHway certificate can be issued.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received an update, contact Better Compliance Support.
