PATHway: Who Needs to Register?

PATHway is designed for promoters and table hosts working at participating nightlife and hospitality venues.

It helps venues check that promoters have completed the required training and certification.

Quick-Start Checklist

• Confirm that your venue requires PATHway certification.

• Create or log in to your Better Compliance account.

• Register for PATHway.

• Complete your training and verification requirements.

Who Should Register?

You should register if you work as a promoter or table host and your venue requires PATHway certification.

This includes people responsible for guest lists, table hosting, guest engagement and representing a venue.

What Happens After Registration?

Once registered, you'll be able to:

• Complete your required training.

• Upload your verification documents.

• Track your certification progress.

• Share your progress with the venues where you work.

You only need one PATHway account, even if you work at multiple venues.

Need Help?

I'm not sure if I need PATHway.

Ask your venue manager whether PATHway certification is required for your role.

I already have a Better Compliance account.

You don't need another account. Log in using your existing details and open My PATHway.

If you're unable to access PATHway, contact Better Compliance Support through Help > Open a Support Ticket.

If you need further assistance, log in to Better Compliance and select Help > Open a Support Ticket. Include your venue name, a description and a screenshot of the issue.
