PATHway: Which Training Courses Must I Complete?

To receive your PATHway certificate, you must complete five required training courses.

All courses are available directly on your PATHway dashboard.

Quick-Start Checklist

• Open My PATHway and select View Dashboard.

• Complete all five required courses.

• Pass the questions for each lesson.

• Check that your completed courses appear in green.

1. Required Training Courses

You must complete the following five courses:

1. WAVE Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement Training

2. RASPFL0 for Staff

3. Drug Awareness

4. Drink Spiking

5. Crime Scene Preservation in Hospitality

Optional Courses

You can also complete:

• Non Discrimination Awareness

• LGBTQ+ Awareness

These courses are optional and aren't required for your initial PATHway certification.

2. How to Complete a Course

1. Open your PATHway Dashboard.

2. Find the Courses section.

3. Click Start next to your chosen course.

4. Watch the training video and answer the questions.

5. Achieve at least 80% on each lesson's questions to progress.

6. Continue until the course is complete.

Completed courses will appear in green on your dashboard.

3. Can I Take a Break?

Yes! You don't need to finish everything in one sitting.

Your progress is saved, so you can leave a course and return later to continue where you left off.

Need Help?

I can't find my courses.

Make sure you're using My PATHway, not the separate Training Tracker portal.

My completed course isn't showing in green.

Check that you've completed all lessons and required questions.

If you need further assistance, log in to Better Compliance and select Help > Open a Support Ticket. Include your venue name, a description and a screenshot of the issue.
