How do I change my Checklist response types?

If your checklist requires a response other than YES/NO—such as N/A, a number, temperature, or text—use the appropriate Response Type from the options below:

Available Response Types:

yesno
date
number
textbox
email

To allow N/A as an option in YES/NO questions, use the response type yesno and set Mandatory = FALSE.

This setup gives users the flexibility to leave a question unanswered (interpreted as N/A) if it's not applicable.
