How do I reset my password?

Follow these steps to reset your login details and regain access:

1) Reset Your Password
Start by clicking on the "Reset Password" link on the login page.

2)Confirm If You're Registered for Single Sign-On (SSO)

If you’re sure you’ve already registered for SSO, click on "I'm sure I've registered."
If not, follow the instructions provided here to complete your registration: How to Register for SSO and Log In

3) Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address linked to your account. Then check your inbox for a password reset link (remember to check your spam/junk folder too).

4) Change Your Password

Click the link in the email, and enter your new password in both text boxes.
Click "Change Password" to confirm.

5) Log In
You’re now ready to log in using your new password.

TIP:
Tick "Remember Me" on the login page so the system can save your password and you won’t need to enter it each time.
