You will first be added as a user on the Health and Safety Portal by a Manager at your venue. Once you receive your welcome email, you can register for Single Sign-On (SSO) and log in to My Better Compliance. Portal access becomes available once your profile is assigned and your SSO registration is complete.
If you've already registered for SSO and are actively using Training Tracker, there's no need to register again - simply log in using your existing credentials.
After successfully logging in, access the Health and Safety Portal by clicking on the Health and Safety tab on the Home Page of My Better Compliance.
You can easily switch between portals, Training Tracker, Health and Safety, or Report Support by clicking on "Switch Portals" in the top toolbar of your page. This option is available no matter which portal you’re currently in, making it simple to move between platforms as needed.
Once you've accessed the Health and Safety Portal, the Home Page will appear.
If you have Admin permissions, you'll have full access to all areas of the portal. If you're a standard user with limited access, you'll only see the sections relevant to your role - for example, the checklists.
Clicking on any of the tabs below will take you to that specific section of the Health and Safety Portal.
Today's Checklists, below the tabs, display all current checklists assigned to your venue.
On the right-hand side of the screen, the Outstanding Tasks column highlights safety certificates approaching expiry and other important actions that require your attention.
The calendar in the section far below will assist you with your Health and Safety planning.
