How do I apply a QR code generated from the Health and Safety checklists?

Each checklist in the Health & Safety Portal has a unique QR code that allows staff to access it quickly on a mobile device. To use it:

Download the QR Code: Click Download QR Code to view, save, or print the code for a specific checklist.
Place the QR Code: Display it in convenient locations such as the bar, kitchen, storage, or dining areas, or post it on notice boards, in folders, or laminate it for durability.
Staff Access: Only users with the correct portal permissions can scan and complete the checklist digitally. Printing the QR code does not give access to all users automatically.
Important: If the checklist is deleted from the system, the QR code is invalid and cannot be used.

Using QR codes makes completing checklists fast, paperless, and trackable, helping managers monitor compliance in real time.
