A server/application error is preventing me from uploading a checklist. What should I do?

If you see the following notification while uploading your checklist:

Please do the following:

  • Ensure you are using the original checklist template provided in the checklist section - do not alter its structure.

  • Fill in all required fields; every column must be completed.

  • Double-check that fields like Subcategory are not left blank, as missing information will prevent the upload from succeeding.
