You will first be added as a user on the Report Support Portal by a Manager at your venue.
Once you receive your welcome email, follow the registration process and set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to secure your account. Access to the portal will be available once your profile has been assigned and your registration is complete.
If you already have access to Training Tracker, you can switch to the Report Support Portal using Switch Portals in the top toolbar, provided your Report Support profile has been created using the same email address.
After successfully logging in, you can also access the Report Support Portal by selecting the Report Support tab from the My Better Compliance home page.
