What should I do if a user doesn’t receive their Welcome Email?

Ask the user to first check their spam or junk folder. If the email still hasn’t arrived, you can resend the Welcome Email by opening the user’s profile in HR, clicking the hamburger menu, and selecting “Resend Welcome Email.” If the issue continues, please contact Support for assistance.
