Key Training Categories

Our training curriculum is divided into five core pillars tailored to hospitality roles:  

• Licensing Training: Modules covering age verification, drug/drink spiking awareness, and legal responsibilities for both management and frontline staff.  

• Security-Focused Training: Specialized training to enhance guest safety, team collaboration, and risk management.  

• Health & Safety Training: Crucial compliance courses covering food hygiene (Levels 1–3), COSHH, fire safety, allergen awareness, and manual handling.  

• Social Responsibility Training: Modules dedicated to fostering an inclusive, non-discriminatory, and respectful environment for all guests and staff.
