Does updating Course Relevance Management remove staff training records?

No. Course Relevance Management is designed to help you customise training for your teams. The courses assigned to specific departments within Course Relevance determine which courses appear in user profiles. Any courses marked as “No” will not be assigned moving forward.


This will not affect any training that has already been completed or is currently in progress. All previously completed courses and in-progress courses will continue to appear in the user’s Training Matrix.
