Guest welfare interventions can be viewed or recorded by heading to the Guest Welfare Interventions page from the home menu:
This will show you a list of past interventions and give you the option of creating a new intervention.
Details about the intervention can then be added:
Additionally, you can also link an already-created incident report or refusal/ejection at the bottom of the screen, by simply searching for the relevant report in the boxes:
If set up, details about guest welfare incidents will also be added to the daily automated report.
