Generating or Receiving Reports

Need an overview of everything that happened at your venue on the previous day, week, month, or quarter? You can now have summary reports generated or automatically sent to you. To receive automated reports, simply add your e-mail address to the "Reporting Notifications" fields on the Venue Setup page.


The options include:



Incident Report Notifications


Incident Report Notifications are sent whenever an incident report is created or updated. The report email contains a full copy of the report, as well as a link to edit the report (login is required)


Critical Incident Report Notifications


This is a seperate, more refined list of receipients that will receive incident reports (as above), but only if the incident report is marked as critical.


Daily Reports (Reporting Notifications options)


This is a report sent daily, containing information on any daily reports, incident reports, guest welfare incidents, and refusals that took place in the last day.


Generating Ad-Hoc Reports


You can also generate customized reports, for certain time periods, by clicking on the "Reports" option on the Main Menu:


Here you will be able to select what to include in the reports, as well as the time frame for which you would like to generate the report.


Tip: You can also click on the "Save as PDF" or "Print" buttons on a generated report, to save it for later!
