Using The Dashboard

Now that you're signed up and ready to use the portal and all its great functions, a good place to start is the Portal Dashboard!

The portal contains a variety of shortcuts and widgets that will allow you to quickly navigate the portal and get started. The top 6 buttons will enable you to quickly create, edit or view reports or documents, while the second row will show you some statistics from recent activity at your venue. The last row of widgets will allow you to see historical data of incidents, update the Door Counter Numbers, update your Toilet Checks, add a fire check, and navigate to other frequently-used links.

The statistics and values on the dashboard are as follows:

  • The number of incidents that took place at the venue in the last 24 hours
  • The number of people currently in the venue (based on the latest door counters from every area)
  • The number of refusals and ejections in the last 24 hours

Note: The door counter numbers shown on the dashboard will always show the last counts taken in each area. These will not be cleared automatically at any time. The same applies to the bathroom check time that has pre-populated.
