Changes to Capacity Count Tracking

We've got an exciting enhancement that requires some set-up that we'd like to let you know of.


The portal now allows you to specify and name multiple zone(s) to keep capacity count track of. This function replaces the old single in-out counter and requires once-off setup on the Venue Setup screen, at the bottom left:

Under "Floor Capacity Areas", enter the name(s) of the zones you'd like to keep track of, then press Save on the right.

After saving, you will see the option to enter the in and out numbers for each zone on both the home screen and ODR screen.


NOTE:

When you've started to use the door counters with the locations you have entered above, it is important not to remove or change the areas on the tenant setup screen. Removing or changing an area will cause the counter numbers for that area to also be removed.
