Need to save or print a checklist? It’s quick and simple. From the Today’s Checklists section, just click the hamburger menu under Actions to access options for saving or printing your report. You can also view and download older submissions whenever you need them, making it easy to keep records or share reports.
In Today’s Checklists, click the hamburger menu under Actions to edit, save/print, delete, or view a report. To access or email older reports, use View Older Submissions - the same options apply.
  • The report will include all completed information and any uploaded images.
  • All reports are also automatically stored in the system for future reference.
  • Step-by-step guidance for printing reports can be found in our Support section.

When you click Print/Save, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose Save as PDF or print directly. You can keep the file on your desktop, email it, or store it in a folder for future use. Older checklists are also stored online and can be accessed anytime.

By clicking on "Edit" or "Details" you will be able to view the content of your checklist.

Any manager with admin permissions can view the progress of checklists directly from the dashboard at any time throughout the day.
Below is a screenshot showing a checklist that has already been completed on a specific day.

With these options, you can easily save, print, or revisit any checklist whenever you need. Remember, all reports are stored in the system for your convenience, and managers with admin access can view progress directly from the dashboard. If you run into any issues, please reach out to our Support team.
