Using your PATHway Dashboard

Follow the steps below to complete your PATHway process:

1. Access your PATHway dashboard

  • Once logged in, you’ll be presented with your dashboard.

2. Enter your personal details

  • Provide your information exactly as it appears on your legal documents.

  • This step should not be missed and needs to be completed BEFORE Training Courses are completed.

3. Upload supporting documents

You will need to upload the following: a digital passport photo, a copy of your valid passport or driver’s license, and a copy of your DBS certificate.

3.1 Digital Passport Photo

  • This is not a copy of your passport or driver’s license.

  • It must be a full-face photo taken against a clear, white background.

  • Your entire face should be clearly visible, with nothing covering or obscuring it.

  • You may take this photo on your phone, as long as your full face is shown clearly and the background is plain white.

3.2 Proof of ID (Passport or Driving License)

  • You must provide a clear copy of your valid passport or driver’s license.

  • No other documents will be accepted as proof of ID.

  • Ensure the copy is legible, with all details visible and unobstructed.

3.3 DBS Check

  • A clear photo or scan of your valid UK DBS certificate.

  • Make sure all details are visible and nothing is cropped or blurred.

Please make sure these details are clearly visible in your photo or scan:

  • Your full name and date of birth

  • The DBS certificate number

  • The issue date

  • The level of check (Basic, Standard, or Enhanced)

  • Any disclosure information (or confirmation that none is held)

* Ensure all documents are legible and up to date.

* Your upload will be rejected if the wrong photo copies are submitted in the required sections.

You will receive email updates on the status of your verification.

4. Continue with your courses while waiting for verification

The following courses must be fully completed before your certificate can be issued:

  1. WAVE Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement Training

  2. RASPFLO for Staff

  3. Drug Awareness

  4. Drink Spiking

  5. Crime Scene Preservation in Hospitality

  • Please make sure that you access your Courses within PATHway and not in Training Tracker.
  • Each course consists of lessons that include a video and related questions.
  • You must score at least 80% on each lesson’s questions to move forward.

  • If you can’t complete a course in one sitting, you may exit anytime and resume later via the dashboard.

  • Once the Course is completed it will be highlighted in Green on your dashboard in PATHway.

5. Complete all required courses

  • Once all lessons in a course are finished, you’ll return to the PATHway dashboard.

6. Accept the Code of Conduct

  • After your personal details and documents are verified, and all courses are completed, you’ll be prompted to accept the Code of Conduct.

7. Receive your certificate

  • Upon accepting the Code of Conduct, you will be given the option to have your PATHway certificate issued.

Accessing and Sharing Your PATHway Certificate

You can provide your PATHway certificate to your employer either by printing, downloading, or sharing it digitally. The steps below will guide you through each option and show how to manage access if needed.

1. Print or download a copy for your employer

  • Go to Certificates > My Certificates from the main menu.

  • Use the context menu on your PATHway certificate to view or download it.

2. Share your certificate digitally (if your employer uses Better Compliance Training Tracker)

  • In the context menu, select Share.

  • A unique code will be generated that you can give your employer.

  • Your employer can use this code to link and track details of your certificate.

3. Revoke shared access if needed

  • Go to Certificates > Shared Certificates from the main menu.

  • Remove access for any previously shared codes at any time.

That’s all there is to it! We hope that you find your PATHway certification to be a valuable resource in your career and that you thoroughly enjoy using our system. If you have any questions at any time, please feel free to reach out to our support team by raising a Support Ticket.
